The wait for room cleaning should never exceed an hour!!! Poor management led to a dirty room, and their refund policy is confusing and frustrating!!! Also, the gym desperately needs cleaning and organization!!!

Staff quickly arranged emergency transport for me.

The breakfast was awesome! They had fresh fruit and delicious pastries every morning. ❤️ Unfortunately, the hand soap in our room was empty. But overall, a nice stay!

Unlike other reviewers, I found very little traffic noise from I-30, which allowed for a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall stay experience. The best part of my stay was the interaction with Carol at the front desk,, she made me feel really valued as a guest. I was impressed that even though it was a busy time, she managed to keep everything running smooth, and her genuinely friendly attitude made the experience better.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but overall it was acceptable for what I got.

This place was just a suitable option for a quick stopover in Malvern with extraordinarily good value for money. I especially liked the decent coffee bar that was available 24/7, perfect for a traveler like me. Make sure to bring your own breakfast if you rely on variety in the morning.

I stayed in a Standard King Room. The room was modern and comfortable, with a nice desk and plenty of outlets for charging. The bathroom had a large vanity, but I missed having a towel bar. It was a bit noisy from the road, which could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Overall, nicely done but could use some minor tweaks.
